Veedersburg - Rosella Odle, 72,Veedersburg, died at 3:45 a.m. Jan 1, 1999 in Covington Manor Nursing Home Covington. Born May 1, 1926 in VanBuren Township, Fountain County, she was the daughter of Dallas and Grace C. Gookins Hoagland. She married Nye E. Odle in 1944, who preceded her in death in 1986. She was a former waitress and homemaker. SHe moved to this area 11 years ago from Toledo, Ohio. Survivors include sons Dennis (Rosie) Odle, Toledo, Ohio; Teddy (Janet) Odle, Panama City, Fla; brothers, Lawrence (Kathryn) Hoagland, Veedersburg, Jim (Betty) Hoagland, Newtown, Donald (Helen) Hoaland, Anderson; sisters, Jane (Gene) Francis and Martha (James) Ratcliff, both of Veedersburg; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Remains will be cremated. Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, is in charge of arrangements.
